Full instructions are available on the Grant Funding Page if you need to review them. Before you begin, gather the materials you will need to complete the form.
You will need to be prepared to complete the form with your organization’s tax information, marketing materials, and event or project budget plan. You will be able to upload files and sign online.
Save the Form to Continue Later
Unable to complete the form in one sitting? You can save the form and complete it later by:
- Scroll to the bottom of the online form
- Click on Save and Continue Later
- This allows you to send yourself a link by email to access the form later
If you use Save and Continue Later, be sure to scroll all the way down the page to enter your email address so you can access the form again.
To print your completed application, please use your browser’s print option or hit “Ctrl P” on your keyboard.
